Salman Khan raps Bigg Boss contestants: I’m going through lot in life and yet…

Actor and Bigg Boss 18 host Salman Khan rebuked contestants on the show, saying he was having to deal with their petty fights at a time when he was going through a lot in his life. Khan’s remarks on national television came amid heightened security around him following death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang which also claimed the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique, citing his close links to the 58-year-old actor.
“Yaar, kasam khuda ki (I swear), what all I am going through in my life, and I have to handle this,” Khan remarked with exasperation during the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode on Saturday.
Speaking to actor Shilpa Shirodkar, one of the contestants, Salman Khan also said, “Aaj ki meri yeh feeling hai ki mujhe yahan aana hi nahi chahiye tha. But yeh ek commitment hai, isliye main yahan pe aaya hoon (Today, I feel like I shouldn’t have come here, but it’s a commitment, so I came).”
Earlier, sources told India Today that the actor was devastated after the murder of friend and NCP leader Baba Siddique who was shot dead in Mumbai on October 12.
During Saturday’s episode, Salman appeared a bit serious.
Actor Chaahat Pandey attempted to lighten the mood by jokingly proposing to th actor for marriage. While sharing the traits she wants in her life partner and praising fellow contestant Karanveer Mehra for his physique, Chaahat asked the Dabangg actor, “Sir, will you marry me?”
Salman smiled and told Chaahat, “The qualities you mentioned, I don’t possess any of them. Plus, I wouldn’t get along with your mother at all.”
Salman shot for Bigg Boss 18 around 7 pm on October 18. According to sources, over 60 security personnel were present on the set while the actor filmed the episode, and stringent measures were put in place to ensure his safety.
